UX Tip #52 Humanising your website

As explained in the MINDSPACE model, who the messenger is can have a great impact on the attention users pay to a specific message or the credibility they assign to it. If you have a section in your website explaining “who you are”, use real images or videos of the team and include your contact details (either generic or personal) so potential customers know if they had any problem they will be able to contact you. By humanising your website, users can see there are some real people behind the website and they will be more inclined to trust you and your message.
