We feel really lucky at Sitback to have such a diverse workforce from around the world working at our office in Sydney. To celebrate this, we decided to have a “World Food Month” This is when we split into teams and every week, each member in the team brings in a traditional dish from their country of birth. This year as the company has grown, we have been running it each week with a different team taking a day during the month.
Its be utterly fantastic! Everyone has really got on board, and we have tasted food from Peru, Bangladesh, Scotland, Hong Kong, Korea, Mexico, England, Australia, Malta and Germany… to name just a few countries.
Its been a great team building exercise and is a great talking point for us all to chat about food and where we are from over a delicious lunch.
