And because we made the decision to postpone our party in the interest of protecting our team, we didn’t hold our usual gift exchange.  Instead, Sitback’s CEO, Chris McHugh, thought it would be in keeping with our company’s [core value of "Community"](https://www.sitback.com.au/culture/https://www.sitback.com.au/culture/) to redistribute some of the money we would have spent on gifts as charitable donations to the causes that are close to our team’s hearts. This is something we have increasingly had the opportunity to do at Sitback. Many of our projects now have the Service Design philosophy deeply embedded in them, and increasingly we are incorporating various[ layers of Service Design to our UX projects](https://blog.sitback.com.au/blog/thinking-broader-add-layer-service-design-ux-projects) with our clients. Because of this, we have created a **Service Design Workshop Toolkit** to assist our fellow Human-Centred Design professionals in practicing and incorporating Service Design in their day-to-day work.
