Held over over 22-23 March 2018 at The Hilton Hotel, ad:tech Sydney promises to be the ‘go to’ event for discovering what trends are changing the landscape, and for uncovering the latest tactics that will help you compete.
ad:tech has a history of bringing some of the biggest names to the stage and this year is no different. Aine will be rubbing shoulders with speakers from LinkedIn, Unilever, IBM and many more.
This year, as part of the Settler Stream, Aine will be speaking in Ballroom B with a presentation entitled, "Hidden In Plain Sight - Australia's Forgotten Market".
Based on learnings from a recent UX project for Anglicare’s website, completed by Sitback, Aine will explore some of the challenges and benefits associated with engaging older audiences on a digital platform, and discuss common flawed assumptions. According to the 2016 Census, 1 in 6 Australians are over 65, accounting for more than 20% of Australia’s internet traffic - a huge potential audience that many marketers completely overlook, resulting in a missed revenue opportunity.
